Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Director to lead our Outpatient Mental Health Programs in the West Coast region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health, excellent leadership and management skills, and the ability to work effectively with hospital and corporate leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Leadership: Directly supervise Program Directors within the designated region, ensuring the successful implementation and management of multiple Intensive Outpatient Programs.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with hospital leadership to implement IOPs and manage multiple programs within the designated region, maintaining regular and positive contact with Hospital administration.
  • Financial Management: Collaborate with PMC Senior Regional Director, Vice President of Operations, CFO, and Chief Clinical Officer to monitor financial accountability, ongoing financial success, and the implementation of new programs.
  • Compliance and Training: Work with PMC clinical team to oversee all programs' compliance, regulations, and training, ensuring programs meet compliance measures and regulations.
  • Liaison and Partnership: Serve as a liaison between programs and PMC corporate staff and leadership team, participating in weekly calls with the SRD and PMC leadership.
  • Staff Development and Recruitment: Partner with PMC and Hospital HR team for staff development and recruitment, serving in a temporary leadership role when a vacancy occurs within the designated region.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree preferred, Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: Three plus years of management experience in behavioral health preferred.
  • Skills: Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills, ability to travel up to 75% of the time, including overnights, and basic computer knowledge.
