Position Overview: Marketing Specialist

Lennar is on the lookout for a proactive Marketing Specialist to provide essential administrative support to the VP of Marketing and the Marketing Manager. This role encompasses coordinating a variety of marketing functions, including digital marketing, social media management, content creation, market research, printed materials, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain regular communication with advertising partners to share information, guide approvals for marketing materials, oversee the marketing budget, and participate in weekly progress meetings.
  • Implement the division's e-marketing strategy through the creation and distribution of social media content and email campaigns.
  • Analyze and report on the performance metrics of the division's digital marketing initiatives.
  • Organize and participate in various events, including community openings, gatherings, and realtor functions.
  • Coordinate the division's involvement in trade shows and housing exhibitions.
  • Manage a monthly marketing calendar to track significant marketing activities within the division.
  • Oversee the development of marketing materials, ensuring timely production in collaboration with graphic designers.
  • Facilitate the design and ordering of community signage, including pricing and production timelines.
  • Act as a liaison between construction and sales teams for the procurement of construction signage and homesite markers.
  • Coordinate telecommunications and internet services for new communities, along with community rollout meetings and other projects as required.
  • Process and account for all marketing and sales invoices.
  • Organize meetings related to sales and marketing with vendors and advertising agencies as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED is required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of marketing experience is required.
  • Preferred: 2 years of experience in the homebuilding sector.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining professionalism and effectively managing confrontational situations.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including advanced skills in Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
