PDS Tech is seeking a highly skilled Hardware Validation Specialist to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This exciting opportunity involves designing, developing, and implementing test strategies that ensure product excellence.

About the Role:

As a Hardware Validation Specialist, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop Test Requirements Documents (TRDs) from system-level requirements. You'll design and execute test strategies for hardware validation, write test automation scripts, and operate/maintain Test Instruments, RF equipment, and Rack Stack ATE systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Test Requirements Documents (TRDs) from system-level requirements
  • Design and execute test strategies for hardware validation
  • Write test automation scripts
  • Operate and maintain Test Instruments, RF equipment, and Rack Stack ATE systems
  • Ensure compliance with certification processes such as DO-160, DO-178, and DO-254

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in hardware testing or related roles
