Job Description

Kronos Consulting is seeking an experienced Hardware Design Verification Specialist to join our team. This role involves designing and developing test strategies, devices, and systems for various computer hardware components, including circuit boards, processors, and wiring.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 4-6 years of experience in hardware testing and development. They will be familiar with concepts, practices, and procedures related to the design and implementation of hardware for products.

This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and extensive experience in planning and accomplishing goals. The successful candidate will lead and direct the work of others and rely on their judgment to develop and implement effective test strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop test strategies, devices, and systems for computer hardware components
  • Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., electrical engineering, computer science)
  • 4-6 years of experience in hardware testing and development
  • Familiarity with concepts, practices, and procedures related to hardware design and implementation
  • Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, C, LabView)
  • Knowledge of test certification processes (DO-160, DO-178, DO-254)

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
