About the Role

We are seeking a Desktop Support Specialist in Phoenix, AZ to join our team at Red Knight Solutions, LLC.

This is a long-term opportunity with a potential conversion to a CTH role, offering a salary of $18.00 (W2) and a typical conversion process taking around 6 months.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in troubleshooting and repairing PCs, desktops, laptops, tablets, and printers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support client-identified VIPs.
  2. Manage change requests, including installing new equipment and providing on-site support.
  3. Perform IMAC activities.
  4. Demonstrate exceptional technical and professional skills.
  5. Meet customer satisfaction and operational metrics.
  6. Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding progress and updates.

Requirements:

  • Hold relevant OEM certifications.
  • Possess at least 3 years of experience in software and hardware systems.
  • Understand ITIL frameworks.
  • A+ certification is desired.
