Position Overview

Modern Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a dedicated Senior HVAC Installation Specialist to join our team. This role involves the installation of advanced heating and cooling systems while ensuring effective communication with clients, colleagues, and administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain heating and cooling systems in residential and commercial settings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain open lines of communication with clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.

Work Schedule:

This position typically operates on 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with minimal on-call weekend responsibilities.

Compensation and Benefits:

The role offers a competitive salary ranging from $35 - $45/hour, in addition to bonuses and commissions. We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan with profit sharing, holiday and vacation pay, and company-provided uniforms. Qualifications:

  • S2 or D2 license is preferred.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks related to HVAC installation.
  • Ability to pass a drug test upon hiring.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Completion of the Wedge Video Interview is required for consideration.

Experience in HVAC installation is preferred but not mandatory. We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills, a self-starter attitude, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment. If you possess excellent organizational and time management skills, you may be the ideal fit for our team.
