Lead Our Team as a Sales Consultant

DiFilippo is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our organization as a Sales Consultant. With a passion for leadership and a proven track record of success, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service existing client base and identify new business opportunities
  • Supervise team activity and results, ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems and processes
  • Provide daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team success
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Sales or customer service experience, with a self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • Desire to be active in the community and contribute to the company's success
  • Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce
Licensing Requirements:
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement
