Sales Director

DiFilippo is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our organization as a Sales Consultant. With a passion for leadership and a proven track record of success, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:- Service existing client base and identify new business opportunities
- Supervise team activity and results, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems and processes
- Provide daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
- Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team success
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Passion for helping people and developing relationships
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Sales or customer service experience, with a self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Desire to be active in the community and contribute to the company's success
- Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
- Must have a clean background and own transportation
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement
