We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to be part of our team at NOUN Hotel. The successful candidate will possess 1-2 years of relevant experience, ideally within Marriott properties and familiarity with Light Speed. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our guests have a memorable and pleasant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and assist with the check-in process
  • Manage incoming calls and address guest inquiries
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly
  • Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate financial records
  • Offer suggestions for local attractions and dining options
  • Keep the front desk area tidy and organized

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, particularly with Marriott properties and Light Speed
  • GED or High School Diploma
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Capability to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
