Job Overview
Under the guidance of the Guest Service Manager, the Guest Services Coordinator is tasked with overseeing the operations within the Guest Services Department. This role ensures that both staff and guests have a favorable experience at the facility.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise Guest Services Support Staff to maintain round-the-clock service.
• Manage registration processes and transportation arrangements for all guests.
• Train Front Desk and Concierge staff using established training programs in collaboration with Aramark and conference center partners.
• Oversee the daily operations of the front desk and concierge to guarantee exceptional service in the following areas:
• Check-in and check-out procedures.
• Ensure the effective implementation of the Lobby Ambassador Program.
• Provide guests with orientation regarding the local area and the facility.
• Maintain high standards in telephone service and PBX operations.
• Manage guest mail, messages, and special deliveries.
• Coordinate transportation reservations for guests.
• Achieve proficiency in the property management system.
• Understand the night audit function.
• Assist guests with various needs, ensuring timely follow-up on any concerns.
• Maintain a limited inventory of sundries and restock as needed.
• Issue and monitor safe deposit boxes.
• Open and close support staff cashier banks.
• Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are knowledgeable about their roles, safety protocols, and Aramark policies.
• Responsible for the procurement, storage, and inventory management of supplies necessary for daily operations.
• Collaborate closely with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Establish and adhere to all emergency procedures.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Guest Services Manager.

Qualifications
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dedication to delivering exceptional service to clients, guests, and colleagues are essential.
• Proficiency in personal computer usage is required.
• Experience in various aspects of guest services is preferred.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with team members.
• Strong organizational skills are necessary.
• Ideally, two years of experience in hospitality services or a similar role involving guest services or concierge supervision.
• Must possess the ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
This position may involve physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking and standing. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
