Clinical Leadership Position

The Children's Community Programs of Connecticut is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Leadership Position to join our team. As a leader in the field of foster care, we offer a competitive salary and opportunities for professional growth and development.
The estimated salary for this position is $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the Role
This position will play a critical role in leading our Foster Care Program, working closely with staff, families, and external partners to ensure high-quality services and positive outcomes for children and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of clinical staff, including therapists and family support specialists
- Develop and implement program strategies to improve outcomes for children and families
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Collaborate with external partners, including DCF regional offices
- Provide consultation and training to staff on best practices and new developments in the field
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with a Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of direct experience providing clinical services to children and families, as well as previous experience in a leadership role, is required.
