">Job Description
">This position requires a seasoned Registered Nurse to lead our Skilled Nursing Facility as a full-time RN Supervisor. The ideal candidate will possess extensive clinical experience, prior administrative experience, and training in both nursing and administration.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Patient Care Coordination: Evaluate patient care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff, following up on work results.">
- Confidentiality and Operations: Maintain patient confidentiality and protect operations by monitoring confidential information processing.">
- Communication: Provide information to patients and healthcare teams by answering questions and requests.">
- Round-the-Clock Care: Perform walking rounds to ensure high-quality resident care.">
- Resident Assessments: Assess residents upon admission and periodically as conditions change.">
- Shift Communication: Communicate between shifts regarding changes in resident conditions.">
- Regulatory Compliance: Participate in facility surveys made by authorized government agencies.">
- Staff Development: Plan, implement, and evaluate clinical competencies and ongoing educational needs of staff.">
- Nursing Staff Management: Ensure sufficient nursing staff availability for each shift to maintain quality care.">
Requirements:
