Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to lead our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit A team at Saint Francis Health System. This is a full-time, exempt position that requires strong management and supervision skills.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily activities, budgetary processes, and planning for their assigned nursing department. They will work closely with staff to ensure effective care delivery, promote job satisfaction, and drive operational efficiency.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Manage human resources to provide cost-effective care and promote job satisfaction.
  • Mentor staff using effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Evaluate, coach, and counsel nursing personnel to promote professional growth and continued improvement.
  • Interpret hospital policies and procedures, monitor staff adherence, and take corrective action as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-4 years of related experience.
  • A valid multi-state or State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License.
  • Working knowledge of general disease state management processes, bio-psychosocial model, and clinical pathways.
  • Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
