**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist for a travel assignment in New Haven, Connecticut.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Step Down Unit and possess excellent communication and leadership skills. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes.

**Compensation:** The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.

**Responsibilities:*

  • Provide direct patient care and develop individualized plans of care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and services.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and progress.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful as a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you must possess:

  • A current RN license in the state of practice.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Step Down Unit or similar setting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
