Job Summary

As a Brand Strategist at FutureRecruit, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and sales for hair care products. This role requires a strong understanding of consumer trends, preferences, and competitor activities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand objectives and create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels. Additionally, you will oversee the development of brand assets, analyze sales data, and build relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and sales for hair care products.
Conduct market research to understand consumer trends, preferences, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels.
Oversee the development of brand assets, including packaging, promotional materials, and content creation.
Analyze sales data and consumer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and brand growth.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, influencers, and industry professionals.
Monitor and manage brand performance metrics, budgets, and timelines to ensure objectives are met.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
