About the Role

The Brand Partnerships Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic relationships with key enterprise accounts, and helping clients achieve business success on TikTok through product consultation, education, and support.

This role requires strong sales skills, collaboration with Client Solutions Manager, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead C-Suite level conversations to increase revenue and grow strategic partnerships
  • Develop in-depth insights of the sales process and product combination
  • Lead account planning process to align brand and TikTok resources for maximum opportunities
  • Grow revenue, educate, and lead strategic conversations with clients, navigating complex relationships
  • Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues
  • Provide client education on products and give product updates to advise on the best approach to drive business outcomes for clients and agencies
  • Collaborate with external clients and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in media sales, digital marketing, brand advertising, and/or online advertising experience
  • Must be willing to work in Los Angeles, CA
