Job Title: National Account Manager - Food Service Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Manager to join our team at Post Holdings. As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing profitable sales of our private label products with key food service accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer-specific strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
  • Lead and negotiate contracts with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop new products and optimize assortment
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the sales function at assigned accounts
  • Proactively identify and analyze market opportunities and develop effective action plans

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in managing regional or national food service accounts
  • Advanced industry knowledge managing branded and private label products for food service, ingredients, and contract manufacturing channels
  • Proven negotiation skills and strong organizational and time management skills
