Saviance is seeking a highly experienced Salesforce CRM Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of Salesforce CRM projects for our clients.

The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background, experience working in a Higher Education environment, and a focus on driving successful outcomes for the business.


Responsibilities:


Lead the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce CRM projects, including scope definition, project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and communication with stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, IT, and Operations, to identify business requirements and define project scope.


Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Manage project risks and issues, ensuring that mitigation plans are in place and executed effectively.


Ensure that project team members have clear responsibilities, are aligned on project objectives, and have the necessary resources to deliver on their commitments.

Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, including executive sponsors, project sponsors, and team members.

Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with business requirements.

Continuously evaluate project progress and adjust plans as necessary to achieve project objectives.

Requirements:
Proven experience working in a Higher Education environment.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Experience working in Higher Education Settings


Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing large-scale Salesforce CRM projects, with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes.

Experience with Salesforce CRM implementation, customization, and integration.

Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
