The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for developing business systems solutions/applications to automate business processes and improve work efficiency within the Force.com platform, including all Salesforce and Salesforce.com 3rd party applications. This role requires extensive knowledge, skills, and expertise as a Specialist on the Force.com platform and the ability to coordinate or integrate efforts and positively impact long-term strategic goals and influence project/program direction.

Responsibilities
Lead the Technical aspect of projects on Sales cloud, CPQ and other platform initiatives
Develop and maintain our Salesforce platform and integrate it with other systems as required
Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Collaborate with a team of developers
Ensure the best possible quality of the application
Establish and enforce development standards, methodologies, and tools
Identify and mitigate development risks and issues
Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform as required
Ability to manage Salesforce platform production deployments working in an agile methodology environment
Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, retrospectives, sprint reviews, and daily standups
Develop and maintain robust REST APIs using Apex to expose Salesforce data and functionality
Work closely with the data team to optimize data models and improve query performance
Write test classes for the class that you develop and ensure more than 80% code coverage
Test bug fixes to make sure they work as per requirements, then deploy them to production
Maintain and uphold our platform design standards

Basic Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Software Development
5+ years of experience with Salesforce development
2+ years Development in Salesforce CPQ
Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud experience
Technical Lead experience

Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of CRM principles and the Salesforce ecosystem, including its various modules like Sales Cloud and CPQ
Experience with Screen Flows, Record Trigger Flows, Scheduled Flows, Sub Flows, Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce APIs, and integration tools
Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile/Scrum
Experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation according to application requirements
Hands-on experience in administration setup, e.g., managing users, security controls, and data as well as creating roles, profiles, and reports
Apex Code to Lightning Flow conversion
Apex Code debugging
Salesforce Admin and Developer certification would be a plus
Good problem-solving skills and ability to give optimal solutions
Ability to communicate with business users on status and progress or to collect feedback
