About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Salesforce & Sales Systems Admin to optimize our sales systems, primarily Salesforce, and third-party tools utilized by our sales team such as Gong, Salesloft, and sales prospecting tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce and other sales systems to meet business requirements.
  • Ensure data integrity and cleanliness within the Salesforce platform.
  • Implement and manage integrations with other business systems as needed.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product & engineering to understand business processes and identify opportunities for CRM optimization.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance user adoption and utilization of the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve CRM processes and systems.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements for system enhancements and upgrades.
  • Coordinate with business engineering and development teams to implement changes and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of system changes to minimize disruption to business operations.
  • Support the onboarding and continuous training of end users on Salesforce and other sales tools, partnering with third-party vendors as needed.
  • Track systems usage and adoption and manage user licenses, including purchasing new licenses and reallocating existing licenses internally.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is required; additional certifications such as Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Salesforce Developer are preferred.
  • Strong understanding of CRM principles, processes, and best practices.
  • Proficiency with best-in-class sales technologies and their integration with the CRM.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent task management and prioritization skills. Demonstrated experience in providing support to sales technology users across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision making and process improvement.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools is desirable.
