Retail Sales Lead

At Squishable, we're looking for a highly motivated and organized Retail Sales Lead to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing productivity, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Squishable's products and values to customers and stakeholders.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date on all current Squishable products and services, and provide product knowledge to customers and team members.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant supervisor experience in a high-volume, fast-paced customer-facing environment.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively balance priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for people and a dynamic leadership style that empowers and motivates team members.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
