Squishable Seasonal Retail Sales Lead

Squishable is a dynamic and creative company that brings joy to people's lives through its adorable plush and lifestyle products. We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Retail Sales Lead to join our team in our Soho loft in NYC or downtown Washington DC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase brand loyalty.
  • Supervise and motivate the sales team to meet productivity goals and utilize company tools effectively.
  • Act as a brand ambassador in the local market to drive business and build relationships with customers.
  • Resolve customer issues and provide solutions-oriented support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Two plus years of relevant supervisor experience in a high-volume, fast-paced customer-facing environment.
  • Passion for people and a dynamic leadership style that empowers and inspires team members.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to balance priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
