Seasonal Retail Sales Lead Opportunity

Squishable is a dynamic and creative team of designers, artists, and pop culture enthusiasts who bring joy to people's lives through our adorable plush and lifestyle products. We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Retail Sales Lead to join our team in our Soho loft in NYC and downtown Washington DC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth and implement sales strategies to meet company priorities and values
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve productivity and sales goals
  • Act as a brand ambassador in the local market to drive brand loyalty and business
  • Resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date on all current Squishable in-store products
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of relevant supervisor experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, and creative customer-facing environment
  • Passion for people and a dynamic leadership style
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to balance priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to receive and provide constructive feedback and recognition to team members
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to work with and manage diverse teams
  • Team player with a collaborative and engaged teamwork environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed
