Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Director of Enterprise Applications to join our team at Broadcast Music. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of software application development, including legacy and new software applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage teams responsible for application development, ensuring alignment with our Enterprise Application delivery strategy and Enterprise Architecture.
  • Develop and implement project plans, manage project activities, and coordinate with external teams.
  • Monitor resource allocation, handle project issues, and resolve schedule/resource conflicts.
  • Provide pre and post-project summary write-ups, highlighting key highlights and areas for improvement.
  • Proactively prevent and solve problems, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
  • Review project statistics and reports to improve delivery, control project schedule and budget spend.
  • Manage business impact and expectations of project work, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Manage multiple simultaneous projects and schedules, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Enterprise Application development, with significant project leadership responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in C# or Java, and all aspects of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to establish constructive and informative relationships with employees, management, and vendors.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, and technical manuals.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
