Job Overview

SUBORDINATES: Intake Team

CLASSIFICATION: Exempt / Full-Time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. The Admissions Manager operates under the guidance of the Executive Director, taking on a leadership role at Serenity Recovery Centers.

2. Oversees the activities of the Intake personnel.

3. Maintains communication and coordination with the Executive Director while keeping the Financial Director informed of key developments regarding admissions and billing processes.

4. Responsible for collaborating with both administration and clinical teams to manage bed availability effectively.

5. Reviews and approves all admissions, consulting with the Executive Director as needed.

6. Manages the submission of state billing requirements.

7. Undertakes additional tasks as necessary to support the mission of Serenity Recovery Centers.

8. Ensures that current CPR and First Aid certifications are maintained, or that at least one staff member on duty in Admissions is trained in CPR/SFA.

9. Upholds compliance with all Serenity Recovery Centers programs in accordance with state regulations.

10. Prepares and submits annual reports as required by the administration.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A Master's Degree is required, with a preference for candidates licensed in Behavioral Health. Experience in the field of Alcohol and Drug treatment is essential.
