Join The Food Depot team as we seek a highly skilled and experienced Director of Finance and Administration to lead our financial and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Oversee all financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with GAAP standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Human Resources and Administration: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, manage employee relations, and oversee administrative functions.
  • Technology and Risk Management: Manage technology infrastructure, ensure data security, and oversee risk management activities.
  • Grant Management: Oversee grant management, including proposal development, reporting, and compliance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Experience: At least 7-10 years of experience in financial management, human resources, and administration. Nonprofit experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong financial management skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and ability to inspire and motivate a team.
