ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES SUPERVISOR I

The Department of State Hospitals is currently seeking candidates for a Full-time/Permanent Administrative Services Supervisor I role, as we are expecting an opening. This position oversees a team of professional, technical, supervisory, and clerical personnel engaged in executing a comprehensive range of departmental functions in areas such as Mail Services, Asset Management, Textile and Laundry Services, Inventory Management, Facility Maintenance, Transportation Services, and Procurement/Contract Management. The selected candidate will provide specialized knowledge in all administrative services matters. This role involves collaboration with the Department Director to establish general policies and procedures, with a particular focus on the operational aspects of the department. Key attributes for this position include budget management, human resources oversight, procurement and contract expertise, strong communication abilities, and adeptness in handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
