Key Responsibilities:- Support Services: Provide administrative support to employees and clients, including tasks such as grocery shopping, preparing materials, and ordering products online.
- Front Desk Reception: Greet clients, parents, and employees at the front desk and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Office Management: Ensure the office and supplies are organized and well-maintained.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Organize and manage documentation on Google Drive and maintain a professional and HIPAA-compliant email inbox.
- Financial Management: Assist with limited accounts receivable and payable responsibilities, as well as internal auditing for claim preparation.
- Reporting and Data Analysis: Generate monthly Microsoft Excel reports and maintain automated workflow systems.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience working in a medical office or training in HIPAA is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel, as well as basic scanning and faxing tasks.
- Soft Skills: Strong written and spoken interpersonal skills, ability to learn new software, and navigate and troubleshoot technology issues independently.
- Personal Qualities: Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude, with a passion for working with children and being part of a team.
