Job Title: Office Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at Adecco US, Inc. in Danbury. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming accounts receivable batch checks and apply payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Contact customers to inform them about their service schedules and provide excellent customer service.
  • Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in an office support position.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
Working Conditions:

Hours are 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday. Pay rate is $18-$20 per hour. Immediate need.
