Senior Director, Talent Acquisition and Human Resources

The Senior Director, Talent Acquisition and Human Resources will serve as the senior leader for the Human Resource and Talent Acquisition team, reporting directly to the COO. This role will provide oversight for a broad set of talent development, management, and acquisition functions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices, state and federal regulation, and Stoke culture.
Key Responsibilities- Oversight of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources functions
- Development of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources process and policy
- Benefit & Compensation planning and execution
- Manage full lifecycle of the employee experience
- Provide strategy and input around employer branding
- Own performance review process
- Provide guidance and mentorship to direct reports
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, organizational development, human resources, or closely related field
- Minimum of 12+ years of experience in a role demonstrating expertise and thought leadership in implementing talent management solutions to include talent acquisition management and development, leadership development, human resource policies and practices, and cultural scaling
- Experience operating within a fast moving, hardware focused, agile environment
- Demonstrated aptitude for learning with the flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and navigate ambiguous situations
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and participating as an individual contributor to drive successful business outcomes
- Experience collaborating with executives to ensure employee-satisfaction regarding project and/or process goals, objectives, strategic plans
- Must be willing to travel 25% of the time
