CDL Bus Driver Opportunity in Kent and Kirkland

The Hopelink CDL Bus Driver plays a vital role in providing safe, courteous, and on-time transportation to customers in vans, minibuses, or small buses. This position requires adhering to traffic regulations and maintaining schedules/routes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide safe and reliable transportation services to passengers.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and interact with individuals of various backgrounds and abilities.
- Assist and secure passengers as needed, including opening doors, operating wheelchair lifts, and escorting to buildings.
- Maintain schedules on regular or special routes, collect fares, issue transfers, and provide verbal information to the public regarding routes, schedule, and transfer points.
- Inspect vehicles before and after operation, clean vehicle interiors and exteriors as needed, fuel, and perform minor maintenance on vehicles.
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Hold a valid driver's license for at least five (5) years within the United States.
- Be able to provide Proof of Permanent Residency.
- Must be able to pass a DOT Medical Examination.
- No suspensions or revocations of drivers' licenses in the last three (3) years.
- Hold, or have the ability to obtain, a CDL Learner's Permit with Passenger Endorsements.
Hopelink offers a competitive compensation package, including:
- A starting salary of $24.00 during training, increasing to $26.00 upon completion of training.
- A new hire bonus of $4,500.
- Up to 10 paid vacation and sick days annually and 10 paid holidays.
