Job Description

iKAMPER is seeking a highly skilled Human Resource Manager to oversee staffing, interviews, and hiring to foster a thriving work environment. The ideal candidate will manage job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance, training, and talent, playing a crucial role in promoting corporate values and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Main Responsibilities
  • Human Resource Management
    • Develop and execute HR strategies congruent with the company's business strategy.
    • Serve as a conduit between management and employees, adeptly addressing concerns and grievances.
    • Lead and oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure the acquisition and retention of top-tier talent.
    • Support present and future business requirements through the cultivation, engagement, and retention of human capital.
    • Monitor and optimize HR systems, methodologies, and procedures across the organization.
    • Cultivate a conducive and positive work environment fostering employee satisfaction and heightened productivity.
    • Supervise performance appraisal systems to catalyze high performance and foster goal alignment.
    • Administer and uphold competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Human Resource Development
    • Identify training needs, design training programs, and evaluate their efficacy.
    • Furnish management with HR metrics and insights to underpin strategic decision-making.
    • Ensure strict adherence to legal compliance in all HR practices and processes.
    • Oversee employee disciplinary proceedings, terminations, and investigations in strict accordance with local employment laws and regulations.

    • Prepare reports for CEO.
