Business Development Representative

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity? As a Business Development Representative on the State Farm Agent Team, you will have the chance to develop and maintain customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and market State Farm products to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to identify business opportunities and promote State Farm products.
- Work closely with the State Farm Agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services.
As a Business Development Representative, you will receive:
- Hourly pay plus commission/bonus
- Training and support from the State Farm Agent to help you succeed in your role.
State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm Insurance Companies. This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies.
