Business Development Representative

At Paul Davis, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with current and potential clients through B2B visits, organized events, and cold calling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with current and potential clients
  • Organize and schedule a calendar of consistent Business-To-Business visits
  • Manage marketing programs
  • Utilize marketing technology software to track sales calls, leads, referrals, and notes
  • Collaborate with the franchisor and schedule consistent meetings with the Regional Marketing Manager
  • Manage social media accounts and monitor all reviews and feedback

Requirements:

  • Marketing, Public Relations or Communications degree
  • Two or more years' sales and marketing experience
  • Franchise, restoration, construction/home improvement, and/or insurance industry experience ideal
