Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Account Manager to join our team at Gaby Holden - State Farm Agent. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Contribute to agency growth by acquiring new accounts.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively presenting our product/service offerings and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement innovative sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions using our sales system.
Requirements
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to obtain Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License and Texas Life & Health Insurance License.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work in an office setting.
