Job Title: Sales Account Manager

Reviva, a leading aftermarket repower segment company, is seeking a highly motivated and self-sufficient Sales Account Manager to join our successful sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving company success through managing existing clients, identifying and capturing new opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, and positioning Reviva as the supplier of choice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage and grow assigned client base
  • Relentlessly uncover and develop new opportunities
  • Source prospective sales leads and clients through referrals, networking, social media, internet research, and in-person meetings
  • Qualify leads and scope potential clients
  • Provide a high-touch approach with customers through the quote process
  • Participate as a member of the team, supporting others and Reviva initiatives

Requirements:

  • 4-year bachelor's degree, with engine mechanical knowledge preferred
  • Prior relevant work experience in sales, closing opportunities
  • Sales development experience from opportunity development to close
  • Organized, flexible with the ability to learn different tasks quickly
  • Comfortable multi-tasking is necessary
  • Ability to work with customers and communicate effectively both via email and via the telephone
  • Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to develop and grow strong customer relationships
  • Sales development experience with Original Equipment (OEM's) truck and equipment dealerships preferred
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Clear understanding of how to close new opportunities is key to success
  • Understands the value of analytics to drive decisions
  • Microsoft Office Suite, CRM experience
  • Self-manage, prioritize initiatives, with a high level of detail
  • Ability to work well in a team environment with a problem-solving attitude

Work Environment:

The environment is primarily an office setting currently located in Fridley, MN. Approximately 15 percent travel required to outside sales events and customers.
