About the Role

Zensar Technologies is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our Account Management team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth through identifying and leading all aspects of the closure of new, renewal, and expansion opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute client engagement strategies to drive revenue growth and expand existing relationships.
  • Lead accountability against measurable revenue/profit growth within set timelines.
  • Collaborate with multiple service lines, innovation teams, and business teams to formulate and implement a business plan at the account level.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client decision-makers and influencers.
  • Manage and monitor performance metrics across large-scale accounts and account portfolios.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management roles.
  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) and 10+ years of experience working in and/or consulting with Capital Markets clients, preferably with top-tier payment/network organizations.
  • Experience and working knowledge of various capital markets sub-domains, such as Investment Banking, Investment Management, Retail Brokerage, Wealth Management, Custody and Clearing, Financial Markets, etc.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.
  • Experience and ability to sell professional services, including digital transformation engagements.
  • Executive Presence, Exceptional leadership/management skills, Excellent Oral and Written communication skills, Confident Presentation skills.
