Sales Account Manager

The Outside Sales Account Manager is a key role at Wurth Industry North America, responsible for driving sales growth and meeting business objectives. This position requires a strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve sales goals and objectives through strategic planning and execution
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Prospect and forecast sales opportunities on a monthly basis
- Upsell and cross-sell existing customers with new products and services
- Manage and update CRM to track customer interactions and pipeline management
- Develop business plans and sales strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Associate's degree in business, marketing, or sales-related field (preferred)
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Strong organizational, time management, and presentation skills
