Job Summary

The Outside Sales Account Manager is a key role at Wurth Industry North America, responsible for driving sales growth and meeting business objectives. This position requires a strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales goals and objectives through strategic planning and execution
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Prospect and forecast sales opportunities on a monthly basis
  • Upsell and cross-sell existing customers with new products and services
  • Manage and update CRM to track customer interactions and pipeline management
  • Develop business plans and sales strategies to drive growth and profitability
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in business, marketing, or sales-related field (preferred)
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Strong organizational, time management, and presentation skills
