Sales Account Manager Job Description

Misumi USA is seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth at key accounts in the Factory Automation division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue goals
  • Work closely with sales teams to achieve revenue targets
  • Report account forecasting, opportunity funnel, and progress on a routine basis
  • Evaluate and implement effective sales techniques to achieve revenue targets
  • Support customers through design/purchase cycles
  • Present products and services to technical and non-technical groups

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related area
  • Minimum 3 years of industrial automation sales experience
  • Experience in selling mechanical components in automation/assembly equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and conflict management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to use CRM software tool in sales cycle and opportunity funnel

What We Offer:

  • Base salary range of $90,000 - $105,000
  • Bonus and car allowance
