Job Title: Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at The Sherwin-Williams Company. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for executing sales strategies to grow market share through the development of relationships, closing new business, maintaining current customers, and effectively selling new product technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share and increase sales volume
  • Maintain and develop relationships with current and new customers to drive sales growth
  • Effectively communicate and negotiate with customers to meet their needs and achieve sales goals
  • Utilize the Sherwin-Williams Sales Process to develop plans to effectively understand and meet customer needs
  • Conduct demonstrations and trials to promote or sell product to new customers
  • Provide customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet sales goals
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of B2B industrial environment product/service sales experience
  • Industrial coatings product and application familiarity
  • Background in technology, technical service, and/or customer service
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Diplomatic attitude and influencing skills
  • Negotiating and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivation and adaptability
