We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at Remington. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Services
- Provide prompt and professional greeting and check-in/check-out services to guests
- Assist with pre-registration and blocking of reservations as needed
- Process guest payments and handle cash handling duties
- Front Office Operations
- Have a working knowledge of the Front Office computer system and daily transactions
- Manage guest room assignments and block rooms as needed
- Process guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Communication and Teamwork
- Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management
- Work collaboratively with the front desk team to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
