Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at Remington. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Services
    • Provide prompt and professional greeting and check-in/check-out services to guests
    • Assist with pre-registration and blocking of reservations as needed
    • Process guest payments and handle cash handling duties
  • Front Office Operations
    • Have a working knowledge of the Front Office computer system and daily transactions
    • Manage guest room assignments and block rooms as needed
    • Process guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management
    • Work collaboratively with the front desk team to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
    • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
