Key Responsibilities

  • Maintenance Oversight: Formulate and implement preventive maintenance strategies to guarantee the peak performance and durability of mechanical and electrical systems. Supervise troubleshooting and repair efforts.
  • Technical Proficiency: Utilize your expertise in mechanical and electrical systems to address intricate challenges. Provide hands-on assistance and technical direction for advanced repairs and system modifications.
  • AutoCAD Application: Leverage AutoCAD to generate, assess, and revise technical schematics and drawings. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to integrate modifications and enhancements.
  • Capital Budgeting: Contribute to the formulation and management of capital budgets for maintenance endeavors and equipment enhancements. Perform cost-benefit evaluations to support investment choices.
  • Project Implementation: Strategize and supervise the rollout of new equipment, systems, and technologies. Ensure that installations and upgrades are carried out effectively and align with project goals.
  • Safety and Compliance: Guarantee that all maintenance operations adhere to safety regulations and industry standards. Conduct safety assessments and risk evaluations to foster a secure working environment.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance activities, equipment functionality, and project progress. Generate reports to monitor advancement, identify challenges, and guide strategic decisions.
  • Vendor Management: Cultivate relationships with external vendors and service providers. Coordinate the procurement of parts and equipment, ensuring the efficient utilization of resources.
Qualifications
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CMRP) are advantageous.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a maintenance management capacity with a solid foundation in mechanical and electrical systems. Proven experience with AutoCAD, capital budgeting, and project execution is crucial.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in mechanical and electrical systems, with the capability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. Expertise in AutoCAD for creating and modifying technical schematics.
  • Planning and Execution: Experience in capital budgeting, financial planning, and managing maintenance projects from conception to completion.
  • Leadership Qualities: Strong leadership and team management skills, complemented by excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively engage with team members, management, and external stakeholders.
