IT Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our Device Operations team within the Digital Workplace Technology organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of service and projects associated with endpoint management, delivering operational support services globally.

• Lead the Device Operations team in the day-to-day delivery of operational tasks to maintain operational readiness and support.
• Manage a team of geographically dispersed infrastructure engineers and system administrators.
• Develop and maintain strategic plans that align with Digital Workplace Technology, Infrastructure and End User Services, Information Technology, and FCB business strategies.
• Sponsor or manage select operations projects and reports status effectively.
• Hold contracted third-parties accountable for their commitments through a partnership-based relationship.

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Applications development, applications analysis or systems engineering.
• 3+ years working with MECM, JAMF, Intune, Citrix, and Active Directory.
• 2+ years working on an endpoint operations or engineering team in the financial industry.
• 1+ years in an Agile delivery environment.
• 1+ years using Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps.

• Advanced product knowledge of MECM, Intune, Windows 10 and 11 servicing, Office ProPlus servicing, Powershell, Azure, Active Directory, vSphere, Citrix, and JAMF.
• Experience managing technical teams in a medium to large organization.
• Proven ability to mentor and grow the skillsets of team members.
• Experience managing third-party outsourcing providers to deliver global services.
