Job Title: Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team at McGraw-Hill Education. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting the sales of our best-in-class supplemental and intervention software portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify customer leads and create new business opportunities to drive large-scale K-12 digital sales.
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans, including events and strategies to prospect for new opportunities and grow existing relationships.
  • Conduct strong digital sales presentations of McGraw-Hill's solutions to prospective customers.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, customer success, implementation group, product development, and product marketing to drive innovation and inform the next iteration of digital supplemental programs.
  • Demonstrate the ability to form solid partnerships at all levels of a school district to ensure the execution of profitable, recurring, long-term business relationships.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to travel 80-85%.
  • Knowledge of specialized markets (Title I, Special Education, MTSS).
  • Knowledge of Direct Instruction and/or Open Court Reading.
  • Previous educational sales experience preferred.
  • Previous experience teaching or selling digital Math and Literacy products/programs a plus.
  • Track record of sales success as demonstrated by having met or exceeded sales quotas.
  • Strong listening and solution-selling skills.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, educational sales, or similar experience.
