Client Service Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Service Administrator to join our team at Advisor Employee Services.

Job Overview:

The Client Service Administrator will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, managing client relationships, and supporting the financial advisor in their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing client service requests, including beneficiary changes and withdrawals
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email
  • Preparing client review summaries and updating client account information
  • Assisting with client appointments and preparing issued accounts for delivery
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Financial industry experience preferred
  • 2+ years working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn new software quickly
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $50,000-$60,000 BOE
  • PTO and flexible work hours
Working Hours:
  • Monday-Friday, 8:45am-5:00pm
