The Opportunity:

The Client Service Manager is a key role within our organization, responsible for supporting and collaborating with the sales and service team to deliver exceptional client experiences. This includes client presentations, deliverables, carrier implementations, compliance, and new client onboarding to drive growth and retention.

This is a hybrid position that offers the flexibility to work in office or from home, with a preference for being housed out of our Ann Arbor office.

The ideal candidate is a self-directed team player with a passion for client management, problem-solving, and strategic planning. They will need to be proficient in Employee Benefits (Mid-Large Group Market) and have a Life and Health insurance license in good standing.

In This Role You Will:

Execute on technical competence in Employee Benefits (Mid-Large Group Market)
Understand and adopt Hylant Tools & Processes
Drive compliance with Client Engagement Strategy and adherence to Written Service Timeline (WSTL)
Prepare open enrollment materials
Coordinate online enrollment systems with Analysts
Conduct implementation and onboarding meetings with clients as needed
Lead Strategy as it pertains to the Employee Benefits program
