Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Utilize MS Office software efficiently
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (not required)
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish
Salary and Benefits

A competitive salary of $19/Hr., Monday through Friday, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
