Job Title: Billing Administrator

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Billing Administrator at Temporaries of New England, Inc. in North/South Eastern Connecticut.

Estimated Annual Salary

$50,000 - $65,000, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Generate and dispatch accurate invoices to clients according to customer orders and services provided.
  2. Analyze customer orders and update computer records accordingly.
  3. Identify and rectify billing discrepancies with clients and internal staff.

Effective record-keeping and coordination of accounts receivable are crucial to the success of this position. Strong technical skills and adaptability in utilizing various accounting and billing systems will be valuable assets in this role.

Requirements
  • A minimum of high school education or equivalent, with some college-level accounting courses advantageous.
  • Prior experience in billing, preferably.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to quickly learn new software.

Solid analytical skills, data entry efficiency, and effective communication skills will enable you to excel in this role.
