About the PositionNorth/South Eastern Connecticut's first and premier Staffing Agency, Temporaries of New England, Inc. is currently seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Office Assistant to support our clients in various settings.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be organized and resourceful, with good customer service skills. Additionally, strong technical skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) are required.

Key responsibilities include answering phones, data entry, filing, and performing administrative tasks as needed. A high level of attention to detail is also necessary for this role.

Salary Information:

$19/Hr. Mon to Friday

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and in-person
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files
  • Process and enter data into software systems
  • Analyze and interpret data using Excel
  • Develop and implement effective organizational systems
