We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Office Assistant to join our team at Temporaries of New England, Inc. in North/South Eastern Connecticut. This is a potential temp-to-perm position offering excellent career growth opportunities.
About the RoleThis role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills, who can effectively interact with clients and colleagues. The ideal candidate will possess excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and Outlook, and have experience with data entry, filing, and answering phones.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to our team members
- Manage data entry and filing tasks
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Utilize MS Office software efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (not required)
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bilingual in Spanish
