Role Overview: Product Expert (Sales)

  • Deliver exceptional service to every customer.
  • Maintain consistent punctuality and attendance.
  • Communicate effectively with both customers and team members.
  • Generate and pursue sales leads through various channels (phone calls, emails, etc.).
  • Exhibit comprehensive product knowledge to customers, aiming to finalize sales.
  • Efficiently create and manage customer orders.
  • Collaborate with delivery and installation teams.
  • Monitor and achieve sales targets set by management.
  • Provide prompt feedback on service-related issues.
  • Adapt to evolving processes and business requirements.
  • Engage actively in ongoing training and development.
  • Utilize our IT systems for effective information processing.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and practices.
  • Treat all customers with fairness and respect.
  • Contribute as a cooperative team member to store operations.

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly engage in verbal communication and active listening while performing job duties.
  • Frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and crouch.
  • Occasionally lift and move items weighing over 50 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
  • Visual acuity necessary for using a keyboard, operating pool and spa equipment, and reading technical information.
  • Potential exposure to safety and health hazards associated with pool and spa operations and chemicals.

Work Schedule:

  • Availability for day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts is required.
  • Store hours: Monday through Friday 10am - 7pm; Saturday and Sunday 10am – 6pm.

Travel Requirements:

  • Occasional travel between various locations may be necessary.
